Wall Priest - Rastakhan 2nd Nerf - #12 Legend (Dekkster) - Updated
What’s the strategy of this deck? Looks interesting, thanks.
Rastakhan Post-Nerf Mind Blast Control Priest - Legend (Firebat)
Excuse my ignorance, but why use Mind Blast in the title of this deck? I see the card is in the deck, but I don’t see any other cards revolving around Mind Blast or improving it. Am I missing something here? How does this deck function?
Rastakhan Even Paladin - #6 Legend (PapaJason)
Would like to see Level Up now worked in here possibly.

Valanyr is good with any minion, who cares if it only hits one of the two Saronite?
Yulsic's Rastakhan Legend Secret Odd Mage
The reason Secretkeeper is in the deck, if anything, is to draw hate. It locks out Secret Hunter and versions of Spell Hunter, helps in the mirror against Odd Mage, and people are just generally frightened when it hits the board for whatever reason. I’ve played many opponents whom would waste a spell or a minion to snipe off Secretkeeper over something else, like my Pyromaniac.

Same! I’m thinking about dropping the Fungalmancer for something else that may suit the deck better.

I have not had a problem with Odd Paladin. Control their board and let their chumps swing in on your minions.

Zola is a great idea! If you try it, let me know how it works out. I may try it out myself too.

I think you made some pretty good choices! I did something similar, I took the original deck and amended the following:
-1 Dire Mole
-2 Nightblade
+1 Counterspell
+1 Zilliax
+1 Faceless Manipulator
I would really like to add in another Faceless Manipulator and Fungalmancer to round out the playset, but even with just one copy of each, I think Zilliax, Faceless Manipulator, Fungalmancer, Leeroy Jenkins, and Clockwork Automaton give a pretty decent bag of combat tricks.
And you’re right, Counterspell does wreck turns!

Been having fun with this version of Odd Mage. Although, I think another Counterspell and Fungalmancer could be added to round out their playsets. Also, Nightblade, why? Seems so out of place. Lifedrinker is similar and a little better in my opinion, but I’m not sure why Nightblade is even in this deck in the first place.
How does this deck work? What’s the win condition and general strategy to get there? Thank you kindly.
