Heads up – if you haven’t picked her last time she was available (December last year), Tyrande is now available again in the shop for free. The Priest Hero was first available as a Twitch Prime exclusive back in 2016, but since Twitch wasn’t available in every country, Team 5 promised to bring her back again for everyone. In 2017, it happened for specific countries such as Thailand or Vietnam, but she still wasn’t available worldwide. Finally, Blizzard made her available around December 2019 and everyone could pick her for free in the store. But if you weren’t playing at the time, you have another chance!
If she doesn’t appear in your shop, the chances are that you already have her – check out in the Hero list!
Why announce this? Tyrande has been moved to the Free section after Galakrond’s Awakening was released and never been announced about being removed or something ever since. Even when she was first announced during Winter Veil 2019, they didn’t even leave a deadline, which made me think she is intended to be free forever (unless Blizzard announces something again). Only whoever claimed Tyrande cannot see her in Shop.
I have an alternate account which never claimed Tyrande and I can confirm this. From Galakrond’s Awakening, Ashes of Outland to Scholomance Academy, she just sits there and automatically disappears once she is claimed.
