General Information

  • You get one Classic card pack for winning your first game in this week’s Brawl.
  • It’s the first time we see this Brawl.
  • It’s a PvP Brawl.
  • Brawl’s format is Wild.
  • It’s a build your own deck Brawl. You pick a class and build a regular 30 cards deck.
  • Whenever you play a minion, it automatically transforms into one that costs 2 mana more. After it’s killed, it turns into the actual minion you’ve played.
  • Your opponent knows the original minion you’ve played, and minion Battlecries go off BEFORE they transform.
  • Minions are summoned at full health, so the ones that damage themselves (e.g. Injured Tol'vir, Injured Blademaster) work pretty well.
  • It’s a bit similar to Masked Ball Brawl, but sort of in reverse.

Most fun I’ve had with a brawl in a while. Random enough that there’s no super broken strategy (so far), but not so random that every game is a total coin toss.

Echo minions are great. Dirty Rat is pretty good. Devolve wins games.

If a creature is summoned from a spell, will it get transformed?
