Heroes of StarCraft mini-set launched on Tuesday, and so far the reception has been really good. Maybe you’re having so much fun that you forgot that we still have some special events coming very soon, so I’m here to remind you.
The first event (happening today, January 23 at 10 AM PT / 19:00 CET) is a showmatch between TrumpSC and Day9. Before they started playing Hearthstone, they were both known for their StarCraft content. Commentary will be provided by more StarCraft legends – Tasteless and Artosis. It’s a more straightforward event that, according to my knowledge, has been pre-recorded a few weeks ago.
The second event (happening tomorrow, January 24 at 9 AM PT / 18:00 CET) is a team tournament, in which content creators are assigned to one of three factions. We don’t have any details about rules yet, but it’s safe to assume that they will be playing decks from that faction and facing off the others. The description has a note about “mini-games” which might make things quite interesting.
Twitch drops will be active during both events – you can earn 1 regular GDB card pack and 1 golden GDB card pack for watching each of them.

StarCast
Join legendary StarCraft and Hearthstone players for a showmatch years in the making! On January 23, starting at 10 a.m. (PT), TrumpSC and Day9 will face off in a showmatch highlighting the Heroes of StarCraft. Casting their match will be another pair of icons: Tasteless and Artosis! Watch the Twitch stream and earn 1 The Great Dark Beyond Pack and 1 Golden The Dark Beyond Pack (make sure you link your Twitch and Battle.net accounts so that your viewing time counts towards the drops).
HearthCraft
Then join community creators for Hearthstone matches and mini-games as they compete for faction dominance! Faction members will also take turns guest-casting matches with host and Caster extraordinaire, Sottle.
