Another shop update dropped today! Since it’s expansion day, the update is really massive. We have a new Tavern Pass (if you plan to buy it, better do it early to get the XP boost as quickly as you can), new and returning Hero skins, Diamond bundles, card pack bundles, and even a refresh on Tavern Ticket bundles. Overall Anyway, here are all of the new items that are available this week:
- Perils in Paradise Tavern Pass (2000 Runestones or $20) – Access to the paid rewards track, which contains XP booster, a few Golden/Signature/Diamond cards, as well as lots of cosmetics. You can find a full list here.
- Talanji Bundle (2500 Runestones or $25) – New Diamond Priest skin + 3 Priest card packs + 2 Golden Standard card packs.
- A. F. Kay Bundle (1500 Runestones or $15) – New Tier 1 Mage skin + A. F. Kay card back + 5 Mage card packs.
- Vacation Rafaam Bundle (1000 Runestones or $10) – New Tier 2 Warlock skin + 5 Warlock card packs.
- Detectorist Finley Bundle (1000 Runestones or $10) – New Tier 2 Paladin skin + 5 Paladin card packs.
- Sylvanas, Ranger General Legendary Bundle (2500 Runestones or $25) – “Returning” Legendary Hunter skin + 5 Hunter Card Packs. Originally available in December 2022. You can buy her all the time from your collection manager for the same price, but without the 5 Hunter card packs.
- Marshmallow Maiev (1000 Gold or $7) – Returning Tier 2 Rogue skin. Originally available in October 2022.
- Trainer Kurtrus (1000 Gold or $7) – Returning Tier 2 Demon Hunter skin. Originally available from the Forged in the Barrens paid rewards track (Tavern Pass).
- Perils in Paradise Bundle (2000 Runestones or $20) – 2 random Legendary cards from Perils in Paradise + 10 Perils in Paradise card packs + 10 Standard card packs. It’s a ranked bundle but sadly I don’t know what Rank 2 looks like yet.
- Golden Perils in Paradise Bundle (4000 Runestones or $40) – 1 random Golden Legendary card from Perils in Paradise + 12 Golden Perils in Paradise card packs. It’s a ranked bundle but sadly I don’t know what Rank 2 looks like yet.
- Diamond Sanc’Azel Bundle (6000 Runestones or $60) – Diamond Sanc'Azel + 2 random Signature Legendary cards from Perils in Paradise.
- Diamond Eliza Goreblade Bundle (6000 Runestones or $60) – Diamond Eliza Goreblade + 2 random Signature Legendary cards from Perils in Paradise.
- Tavern Ticket Bundle (2000 Runestones or $20) – Refreshed 11 Tavern Tickets (you can use them to start a new Arena run).
- Tavern Ticket Mega Bundle (4000 Runestones or $40) – Refreshed 25 Tavern Tickets (you can use them to start a new Arena run).
Tier 1 skins are “premium” ones while Tier 2 are more basic. In general, Tier 1 skins tend to include more extra features like completely new emotes, Hero Power animations, unique Hero tray, or some extra visual effects. Some of those might also be included in Tier 2 skins, but usually only 1 of those special features is present (if any). It’s not an official classification – it’s just something we use to differentiate between more basic and premium skins! Blizzard has added their own “rarities” for Battlegrounds skins, but they haven’t done it so far for Constructed (other than Diamond & Legendary Heroes).
New items usually stay in the shop for around 1-2 weeks – sometimes it’s longer (3 or more weeks) but I wouldn’t universally count on that, so if you’re interested in one of them, get them soon.
