Patch 30.6 was released a few hours ago, and Blizzard has already started compiling a list of known issues. So far the list isn’t stacked but we already have a few of them.
So far the biggest one affected the players who got the patch early and launched the game within the first – they logged in on the wrong version of the game and experienced some issues later (including login problems and being able to draft incorrect sets in Arena). But those issues have been resolved already. Also in Battlegrounds, one of the Trinkets (Surprise Portrait) has been temporarily disabled due to a bug.
One interesting point is that currently Avatar of Hearthstone requires hand space to work – you need 5 empty slots in hand for him to trigger the whole effect (if you have only 3, for example, he will then only play 3 cards from the pack). This is something the team is looking into and hopefully they change it in an upcoming patch.

Patch 30.6 is now here on all devices, starting the countdown until the LAUNCH of The Great Dark Beyond! It also includes some stellar rewards and card updates you can get right now.
Here are some known issues that mission control is working through right now:
- [General] Some players experienced login errors when the new patch went live. Those issues have now been resolved.
- [Hearthstone] Avatar of Hearthstone requires hand space for its effect to work. The team is looking into giving it more room to grow.
- [Hearthstone] There’s a visual bug where Narain Soothfancy’s Fortunes don’t have their visual augmentation when transformed.
- [Battlegrounds] Ghost opponents have Start of Combat effects that were in effect on the turn they died, but wouldn’t still be active.
- [Updated] [Arena] A small number of players were able to draft from the wrong sets after the patch went live, resulting in them getting some cards that don’t function as intended. Affected players can finish out or retire their runs and have been granted a Tavern Ticket.
- [Collection] The team is investigating Diamond Deathbringer Saurfang going missing.
Battlegrounds Pool Changes:
Surprise Portrait has been temporarily removed from the Trinket Pools while we address a bug with it.
