It has become customary to have some of the new expansion cards revealed through animation by Wronchi, and this time is no different. Those animations always feature a duel between two characters, with some funny twists. A new one was just released, showcasing a match between Anduin (Priest) and Valeera (Rogue). During the animation, Wronchi reveals some of the new cards… often with fun twists.
The latest animation revealed five new Priest cards from Whizbang’s Workshop – Purifying Power, Scale Replica, Fly Off the Shelves, Clay Matriarch and Timewinder Zarimi.
One card in particular, Purifying Power, is a reference to a classic Hearthstone video “Purity of Cards” (which was based on then-popular memes about Purify card and a mythical “Unicorn Priest” deck).
