How It Works

Masters Tour Silvermoon will be played in the 4 deck, best-of-5 Conquest with a ban format. The top 32 players that don’t already have invites will receive one for Masters Tour Stormwind!

·         Day 1: Four rounds of Swiss.

·         Day 2: Four rounds of Swiss.

·         Day 3: Top 16 single-elimination playoffs, where a new Masters Tour Champion will be crowned!

For qualified players, please check the full tournament schedule for information regarding mandatory player check-ins, round start times, and more. Qualified players should familiarize themselves with our rules and policies.

YouTube Drops Return!

You can earn up to two Year of the Phoenix card packs this weekend as you watch Masters Tour Silvermoon! On any of the above YouTube channels, watch two total hours to receive one pack and two more hours for your second. Time watched is cumulative throughout the weekend, so even if you can’t watch for the full four hours in one sitting your time will still count toward earning the Drops.

After taking a brief look and reading about some people not getting the pack. I can only suggest a few thing.
    1. Make sure that the stream has live red button. and make sure it stays that way even if you have to check every half hours.
    2. Don’t mute the stream, mute the browser instead.
    3. Avoid letting the stream out of focus, like switching to other tab while leaving the stream on the other tab, instead, make another active browser only for the stream.
    4. Last but not least, just let your battle-net app stays online. (Need confirmation).

I know it sucks, but it’s their own fault for choosing a poor platform such as YT that is not suited for the tasks.

Also, mark your timer the moment you start the live stream, a bit of extra effort but makes life easier when to expect the packs. I did received the packs by following all those steps.

You should receive the packs instantly after you login in the game after reaching the 2 and 4 hours milestone. If you still not getting it, you must’ve missed something. Maybe try to redo the connection settings in Youtube.

Do you have to watch the eSports live to get the packs and does anyone have any experience on how long it takes for the packs to come through?

Yeah you have to watch the stream live. You can however just open a tab and do other things. You don’t have to actively watch the stream. The first time it took really long before the rewards dropped in game, but now you should have it within an hour. If that’s not the case, don’t worry just wait till the next day.

Strange thing is, during the previous two weekends, I smoothly got my 2-2 packs in about an hour for viewing Grandmaster livestreams. But now, although I fullfilled the 4 hour yestarday, still didnt got any. Strange.

Is’nt it possible that viewing Silvermoon tour just counts in as the 2-7 week of the Grandmaster season, and you can only get 2 Phoenix packs in total?…

I got 2 packs yesterday, aditionally to the previous ones, maybe check if your youtube is still linked to battlenet/you were logged in with your account?

It definitely shouldn’t count as a part of Grandmasters, it should be a separate pack pool. I watched enough to get 1 pack yesterday and it already arrived. If I were you, I’d wait a bit longer and contact the support if they still won’t arrive.

I got my 2 packs for Silvermoon right away. Same with week 1 of Grandmasters. Strangely I never got my week 2 of Grandmasters packs, but hopefully it will work in the coming weeks.
