I’m just looking at the deck costs, and all I see is Blizzard raking in the cash… very few competitive decks under 10k dust!
Anyone know why the popularity of HL warrior in the tournament meta (2/6 in top 8)?
Conclusions from the Arlington tour:
1. The French community has really stepped up their game (4 players out of 8 is pretty impressive)
2. Bad luck albatross is by far the best tech choice
3. Highlander mage is much more effective in a tournament environment than on ladder
4. Galakrond warlock started the tour as a powerhouse but by the time we reached the top8 it became the black sheep of the family
5. If someone gave me a coin for every time Galakrond rogue was banned, I would be rich by now
Alan has been killing it! I hope he wins one of them this year.
Many players brought Embiggen Druid to the tournament but WRs shows that it’s not that strong. For me the winners and overall powerful decks are Gala Rogue and Gala Warlock (not expected)
