Finally, Blizzard has shared the date of the upcoming Hearthstone World Championship. We already expected it to happen mid-December, but that was only a guesstimate based on previous years.
Now we know that the event will happen in just 2 weeks, December 13-15. The tournament starts at 7 AM PST (16:00 CET). That’s all we have so far, I expect a blog post with more details closer to the event.
It’s also the first major international tournament that Chinese players will take part in after a long break (their Hearthstone servers were down for over 1.5 years because of a dispute between Blizzard and NetEase). Things should be interesting.
