In an effort to not flood the page with a bunch of smaller stories, I’m rounding up all of the little news items that came out in the last 24 hours or so!
Unlicensed Apothecary Bug Fixed in Upcoming Patch
If you were unaware, Unlicensed Apothecary currently has a bug that if a Transform minion is played it will do 10 damage to the player instead of 5. There’s also a bug that if you Evolve or use Thrall, Deathseer on your board and get Unlicensed Apothecary as part of it, you will be damaged for every minion that was changed. It looks like the Thrall bug, at the very least, will be fixed in the next patch.

Future Expansion Card Leak
Voice Actors are starting to have a history of leaking information about future expansions. One accidentally leaked the partial name of Journey to Un’Goro, and now one has released a video (that has since been removed, but is on Reddit) of himself recording some voice lines for an upcoming card. The card has the art of a Kobold, and users speculate the name is something like “Tunnel Rodent” but there’s no exact translation.

Ben Brode Says They Won’t Be Announcing Ladder Changes at BlizzCon
In previous Q&A’s and Ben Brode’s Reddit AMA there’s been discussion of changes to the ladder system. It was mentioned that it was likely to be announced later this year, but unfortunately it seems like it will not be included in the announcements coming at Blizzcon.

First time i know of the bugg… I like Unlicensed Apothecary concept, but we have no way to consistently play with it and demons like these take away my beloved Bane of Doom.
3 mana 5/5 demon was already fixed for evolve and thrall last patch
Unlicensed Apothecary was never bugged with Evolve. It always worked correctly. I don’t know where this rumor started, but it’s just not true. There’s not a single piece of evidence showing that interaction (and there are hundreds of posts and clips for the Thrall one, even though it’s in the game for only ~2 months).
And the interaction with Thrall was NOT fixed in the last patch. It’s still bugged.
It is true, it happened to me and killed me. I had 4 other minions on board, used thrall and got unlicensed apocethary. It dealt damage equal to the amount of minions on my board and I was on 15 health. XD
That bastard card has lost me a number of games.
