(Update: Dragons and Murlocs) Hearthstone Battlegrounds Season 8 Reveals – New Heroes, Minions, Spells, Trinkets, Card Changes

Blizzard has just announced Battlegrounds Season 8! Seasons are the big content drops in Battlegrounds, similar to the regular Hearthstone’s expansions. They usually come with some sort of new mechanic or minion type, and this one is no different. In the upcoming Season, players will be able to purchase special Trinkets. Trinkets will appear at two points in the game – you will get offered four Lesser Trinkets on Turn 6 and four Greater Trinkets on Turn 9 and you can buy one of each (so one on Turn 6 and the second on Turn 9). Some of them offer immediate benefits, but most are passives that will remain for the rest of the game. They come with different synergies and power levels – but the more powerful ones will also be more expensive. You can learn more about Battlegrounds Season 8 here.

In this post, I’ll compile all of the reveals coming over the next week or so. Cards will be revealed in bulk just as last time – when the embargo lifts, all of the Battlegrounds content creators will be able to post them. On social media, all of the reveals will be tagged with #BGSeason8, so if you’re wondering what different content creators have to say about them, keep that hashtag in mind.
