  • Nightbane starts out with 30 Health and 15 Armor in Heroic mode.

How-to Beat Heroic Nightbane

Both players start with 10-Mana so Nightbane is one of those bosses where you will want to throw in all of your high cost cards with low cost removal. You will likely want to remove most big minions due to Ancestral Spirit and Reincarnate, but you’ll want to also be careful not to go all in because of Twisting Nether. Warrior and Paladin would be the classes I recommend because of their ability to cheaply remove minions while building up a heavy board.

Destroyed him with the standard communion decklist! I removed the communions and added blood of the ancient one, just for fun! With Yshaarj, on the board it was an easy win…

This boss is ridiculously easy in heroic/normal, just about any class with solid removal and a bunch of big minions can kill him quite easily. I chose a hunter due to the fact that you can get a massive head start with cheap removal/stall with freezing trap and hunters mark/on the hunt and play a minion the same turn, and just go face and he won’t be able to catch up.
