General Mulligans
Fire fly is good for early game for just pure value. Arcanologist is nice for getting your ice block in play early so that raven and specters can't remove it/ draw it. Book of Specters is good for card draw, and tar creeper is good to get down to hold back early pushes. Thunder lizard is a good choice as if you can get another cheap costing elemental, you can get this thing down early and cause a lot of damage. Especially good if you have the coin.
This deck focuses mostly on minions with lots of elemental and elemental based cards. It also includes some late game spells along with some mid game health restore and armor gain. The spells mostly focus on board clears or drawing more spells.
