General Mulligans
You get your quest, then you want cards to either help your quest completion directly (Explorer/Plot Twist) and cards to help control in the early game (Dark Skies(!!), Soul Shear, School Spirits). I can't stress how crucial dark skies is to have in your hand when questing.
Sphere of Sapience is more important when you'd rather attempt to draw a card with Tome of Origination or finding C'Thun pieces. A good card for Questlock in general.
Cascading disaster I might keep for being corrupted by C'Thun pieces early on. Don't be afraid to use the normal or 1-corruption effect if you need to! Value is value.
