Experimental: The deck should be considered a work in progress.
Xixo has used Pirate decks in the past that have been reasonably competitive. This deck list seems well-rounded, it shares a lot of similarities with the standard Oil Rogue shell, but instead of SI:7 Agent and Azure Drake it throws in Pirates! This version of the deck is also more aggro based because of the lack of heals.
