You can pull off the combo as early as turn 6 if you play your cards right, and may not even need vanish.
You want to be careful with this deck and not play a pirate before you’re ready to pull it off, or just wait until you draw patches. Then you Brann and Lab Recruiter the Patches, then vanish. On a later turn you play a pirate, bring out 6 patches, and then Cannon Barrage for 24 burst.
