I´m currently trying Dragon Priest myself and I have to say I don´t really like this list.
Justicar doesn´t do anything in this deck.(if you lose board outhealing your hero doesn´t matter)
Second Pain because Book Wyrm seems to be quite good so far.
I´m currently running myself a somehow similar list with 1x Northshire 1x Dragonskin Sorcerrer, and I found out that you need a good finisher so teched in double Divine Spirit and instead of inner fire I´m running double Crazed Alchemist(which is more versatile).
Well that are some of my thoughts on current Dragon Priest.

Sylvanas might not be bad.
She works fine for me in this deck., instead of JT.
vlps’s twitter says: “The flex spot is justicar, though its really good vs hunter if I replaced it i’d go with 1 excavated evil”.
