Un’Goro C’Thun/Elemental Kazakus Mage (April 2017, Season 37)

Neither C’Thun nor Elemental Mage aren’t really a meta decks at the moment, but with the Elemental package and some of Mage’s strong cards it can still play well in ranked. This deck dominates other midrange deck’s and it is pritty efective dealing with aggro.

C’thun/ELEMENTAL MAGE MULLIGAN GUIDE

Mistress Of Mixtures, Fire Fly, and Sorcerer’s Apprentice are your main keeps. Tar Creeper and Stonehill Defender are a good keep against aggressive decks like Druid and Warrior. You can keep Volcanic Potion if you think you’re against an aggressive deck. Be sure to always have at least one elemental in your hand so you could easily activate your other elemental’s next turn. Steam Surger or Water Elemental can be kept when you are on the coin and you have a 1 or 2-drop so you can coin one of them on turn three. Keep a 3-drop like Igneous Elemental or Twilight Elder if you already have a 1 and 2-drop.

GENERAL REPLACEMENTS

• Fire Plume Phoenix – Solid Elemental card, but Mage is pretty stacked at the 4-drop position.
• Tol’vir Stoneshaper – Another good Elemental synergy card, but again Mage has a lot of 4-drops. This might be better than Water Elemental if you have replaced the Cryomancers already.
• Pyros – Not sure yet how good Pyros is going to be, but if you happen to open it in a pack it can be used in this deck.
