Not getting Zerek in time for the combo is problematic, so either getting Zerek in the opening hand or drawing it through Dead Ringer is important. Embalming Ritual is a good spell to use on Zerek. Cloning Device, EVIL Conscripter, and Thoughtsteal are utility cards to play in the meantime. Ideally, getting the Titanic Lackey is useful for giving taunt to Zerek, since you would have taken damage in that timeframe. Bone Wraith acts as a buffer before playing Zerek. (This is by no means a competetive deck)
