Why 2 Voidrippers?
Void ripper is just a solid card. Great vs control and doomsayers, acolyte of pains and also can set up surprise lethal when normally you wouldn’t. Watch out for even warlocks now running that 0 mana demon removal. So, maybe 1 owl and 1 void ripper would work. However, I still like the card, so I run 2.
Would replacing Blink Fox with Deathspeaker be worth it? The tempo swing you get from trading without consequence is so good plus the body is nice with void ripper.
You can always try. One of each maybe. I like blink fox as it can often give you a random card that can win the match like twig of world tree or an AOE. Often you can draw deathspeaker and force to play on one drop. Very situational. Where blink is never bad to play on its own. I like deathspeaker in zoo where that’s a trade heavy deck.
is spiteful smith a cheap alternative to greenskin?
No. He’s better than Greenskin! Higher health and better effect! Plus the card is cheap! Classic set.
Honestly it’s very hard to say which is better between Cobalt, Greenskin and Spiteful…
Greenskin isn’t that good. 4 health dies too easily and it only gives you the extra damage and one durability. Health and board presence matters most with odd rogue. Minions are crucial for damage. I like scalebane, so that’s why I run one. Spitefulsmith does everything you want it to. High health, durable and has effect on your weapon.

A guide would be great. i think i am missing something, i tried every odd rogue variation but still can’t get past rank 17. There has to be something i do wrong, since i have no problem climbing with other classes whatsoever. But with odd rogue i lose every single game to odd paladins and especially big spell mages. control decks in general giving me a hard time if i don’t get the right cards to kill them before they can turn the game around. I’m not sure if i’m using hench clan thug right, since he never survives longer than one turn. also some tips how and when to use deadly poison/cold blood would be awesome.
The biggest thing I could see not being obvious for Odd Rogue is how much you should be going face with your dagger. Think of it as a super Hunter hero power. 4 damage for 2 mana is insane. Against control decks you should probably be hitting face every turn you aren’t using it to kill a minion. Only times you might not want to do that is if you are planning on buffing your dagger next turn.
