Illuriel im the best warlock in base and u cant say shit to this op deck…….YOU have defile coil hellfire despicable dredlord…so pls next time write with brain ty
The win conditions for these decks are relatively straight forward for control decks.
1. mulligan for the giants, and, when playing priests the drakes and apply too much pressure.
2. tap, play all the demons you find (efficiently, mind) and play blood reaver guldan. this is a massive swing and, if the opponent has no immeadite answer you will be able to monopolise.
against aggro, defile, mortal coil, void walker, drain soul and even hellfire are good keeps (hellfire especially if you ae playing aggro druid. against aggro the win condition i have found tends to be one of two –
1. you play an early giant or drake which, as face is the place, they ignore and you are able to create a mahusive taunt off of from faceless shambler
2. you run them out of resources. This deck has ample board clears and enough healing to keep you out of reach.
NOTE: know your enemies capabilities. Tap for an extra card in the early game can result in death.
I dont play elise in my version however i have had situations late game where my last cards have a giant. i imagine with having the ungoro pack to open this would certainly benefit just having the reduced cost of the giants, let alone the additional 5 cards. Pavel (summer champion) used a handlock version which i have copied in his most recent tournament.
if you wanted you could always copy the reigning champions deck and even watch him play it to understand the deck 🙂 hope this helps.
ROFL, this is my deck

This versiony is WAY too greedy. Anything but control (and often control, too) will destroy this deck with no mercy
this is less greedy than most handlocks though…
Wish there are some explanations for these named player’s decks.

What do you use instead of Elise the Trailblazer?
Better play Tainted Sealot for Thalnos, because of the Defile Synergie. I think Elise is to greedy. Black Knight works better in this Meta.
What would be the changes you make to this deck?
the Giants version is unplayable on ladder, you need to go wit the cheaper more agile version, it can do wonders against aggro
