Earthen Might on turn 1 firefly is a pretty strong opener and forces your opponent to then have to answer a 3/4 on turn 2 with fear of a potentially stronger elemental in hand. If you want to just try to get the combo ASAP look for Fire Plume and Mana tide and cycle and save on elementals.
The main idea of this deck is to get a discounted Murmuring Elemental with Fire Plum Harbinger. You must the have at least played one Grumble, Worldshaker, one Saronite Chain Gang, and one Life Drinker. On turn 10, simply play Murmuring Elemental with Shudderwock. This will create a second Shudderwock that is returned to you hand and keeps the combo in check. You then simply wait one turn, then play 10 1 mana shudderwocks, damaging your opponent for 30 and healing yourself for 30 as well.
