General Mulligans
Only mulligan for card draw. If you have your tokens and infuse cards, that's great; but you'll end up stalling if you don't draw into more card draw. If you stick with draw, you'll get your other combos in time, ideally with reduced mana cost from Relic of Dimensions! Also attack with face when you can, morph your early curve around using your hero power to buff up your hero card: ex. Turn 1-HP. Turn 2-HP and alacrity. Turn 3-HP and Vanguard. Etc.
This is a variation of another deck I posted, but since the latest buff/nerf patch, this deck has been giving me quite a bit of success! Opting for 30 cards instead of 40 for more consistency in getting the big infuse cards and relics, you just need to make sure you’re pumping out card draw like no other.
The buffs to Relic Vault and Relic of Extinction are very relevant, since the curve is so much better into a turn 3 Relic of Phantasms and turn 5 Relic of Dimensions.
I love cards like Xhilag of the Abyss and Kurtrus, Demon-Render because they can push lethal themselves, especially in combination with Field of Strife. If the opponent clears it, they just feed Sire Denathrius or Artificer Xy'mox, so there’s just lots of ways to push damage and kill your opponent!
