You have to destroy weapons. So I suggest Acidic Swamp Ooze because of Eboladin, Grimm Warriors, Hunters. I think Harrison is the legendary to craft this month.
Druid lacks utility. This includes hard removal, and some effects other classes may have such as freeze from mage, mind controls from priest, or the abundant removals from rogue, you are an all around kind of class. Mind control gives the utility to fight back against aggro or if your opponent has a board. Playing against Zoo, and stealing their doom guard while backing it up with a swipe or a big taunt, allows you to have a 3/3, ones of their minions and a huge tempo swing. Druid also lacks huge board clears, all you have is swipe and force of nature (in certain cases) and mct just gives you another slightly situational tempo swing.
The purpose of the ancients in this deck is to have a big taunt at the high end of the mana-curve that avoids BGH, is able to stop aggression, and trade 2 or even 3 for one. It gives you the chance to gain a threatening board advantage over time while granting time to dig through your deck and find combo.
Cenarius could be a replacement, although he does’nt stall as good as the 10-health taunt and kicks in a little too late for my taste.
2nd Belcher seems like a good pick here, its hard to remove and provides an even more consistent mid-game.
Sunwalker would be possible, too. The only problem with it is, that its weak against classes with a 1-dmg heropower, so i would prefer Belch over this.
You could even run Ironbark Protector or Volcanic Lumberer, although they die to BGH, they’re still pretty viable, if ramped out against aggro-decks. If you go with this choice, i would suggest you swap some other cards out for Boomster and maybe some other BGH-target-legendarys like Rag, to have multiple targets and get some of your big taunts to stick.
any replacement for harrison jones ?

Is Mind Control Tech really worth a card slot? Can someone please enlighten me (maybe I miss something…)?
