i would recommend to keep the quest even in a aggro match because of the comeback you can have with the hidden oasis spell, but there is an argument to be made that you should mullagan it for more controlling cards like crystal power and wrath to hold down the agression.
Control Mulligans

A defencive deck that tries to draw out the game so it can build a Trump wall and win that way. The new quest (Untapped Potential) and 2 new spells(Hidden Oasis and Overflow) really gives this deck some new punch and longevity which it didnt have before, and the quest fits the deck because the deck dosent really do a lot in the early turns. The two new spells lets us also include the sunreaver which can let us have some comeback and tempo potential, and together with the hidden oasis spell lets you get some really punchy comebackturns in the late game when the quest is finished. The Anubisath Defender gives this deck some greath comeback potential aswell.
