General Mulligans

Solid mulligans 80 percent of the time. In reality it's not so much what you want in your starting hand that matters with this deck, it's what you don't want. Late game cards like Togwaggle, Valeera the Hollow, and Emperor Thaurissan are typically what you want to avoid, that being said it's not awful to hang onto zero cost spells like prep, coin, and backstab early, because you will need a lot of ammo for Gadgetzan when the time comes and combo cards for elven minstrel. Sometimes evasion and even vanish can be kept if you have a solid line of stall you can use.

Okay this is probably the most formidable Togwaggle deck I’ve created to date. Works like a dream. It has almost 45% win rate on the ladder (can’t climb but is getting close). I’ll include some notes on it’s functions at this point. The deck works(at least usually) by drawing as many cards as possible as fast as possible, using emperor thaurisan in conjunction with 1 shadowstepped bran or coldlight, bran or coldlight so you have both, and togwaggle. The deck is then drawn till it is nearly or completely empty using coldlights, elven minstrels and gadgetzan auctioneers before being transferred with togwaggle and followed up by bran and 2 cheap coldlights or coldlight shadowstep coldlight. There are actually several ways to pull this off  including using both shadowsteps early, using valeeras power to create extra coldlights etc, the flexibility gives some variety to playstyle and different techniques can be used situationally The otk does 45dmg at zero cards, 36 at 1, and 28 at 2 cards. If more damage is needed either a permanent swap can be done, or both togwaggle and 1 coldlight can be shadowstepped back using valeera the hollow, and a second burn can be performed for an additional 33 damage if both original coldlights are kept. The deck is fairly resistant to mill as in most burn cases a permanent swap or two turn kill can be used to take down the opponent. 1 shadow blade is also included in case the opponent is drawing too heavily. This deck can often out draw other otk’s but sometimes it falls short and they can also get too close to your own number of remaining cards so you are forced to take damage during the would be otk. If you feel this might be the case you can destroy essential combo pieces or force them into lethal fatigue using bran, the bounce tools in the deck and coldlight oracles. Shadowblade can also be used to prevent damage if both players go to fatigue. Stall cards can be used as needed for the most part but i like saving 1 doomsayer for vanish doomsayer and playing an evasion same turn as thaurissan if possible.  Good luck out there and may the meta be with you.
