Mulligans
General Mulligans
These are the core cards you want in order to apply pressure early; due to a lack of removal tools, you can have some trouble removing big threats immediately, luckily, you have some pretty strong cards to fight on board; you want to be setting the pace, not responding to it.
Consider adding removal tools like Deadly Shot, or potentially even Vilebrood Skitterer to better remove threats in the mid-game.
Alternatively, a secret variant could work, due to strong early game delay tools, and lots of removal, as well as access to Zul'Jin.
I don't know why I'm adding this to the mulligan section.
Aggro Mulligans
The only real deviation against Aggro is that you want to see a taunt card as early as possible, Animal Companion and Witchwood Grizzly are great options, and Hunter's Hatchet is no slouch in the early game either.
Midrange Mulligans
Against Midrange, you can employ the same train of thought as you would against Control; you won't be dying early, so feel free to take it slow and play the value game, throw some big beasts into the mix and see where you go from there. Revenge of the Wild is also incredibly effective if you have board advantage, with some ludicrous top-end, however, even if it's just 2 mana for a reset on Scarlet Webweaver: this card is well deserving of a spot in this list.
Combo Mulligans
This deck is inherently strong against Combo; with Wild Bloodstinger you have tools to disrupt, and with Scavenging Hyena you have more than enough to force your opponent to respond to you. The problem is that if you don't draw the right cards, you might end up being a bit slow against some of the faster Combo decks in the format, but you sure won't run out of steam with Revenge of the Wild and Master's Call to keep threats on the board.
Let me know what you guys think~ I’d love some feedback on this list.
