This is a standard Tesspionage with some steal and Lackey synergy. It works on having cards from other classes in hand and activating cards such as Underbelly Fence. Augmented Elekk is the star of the show and combos with Academic Espionage to add an extra 10 cards to your deck. Enjoy!
