it gives you additional vital draw potential that most of the times you’re going to be using through preparation spells. particularly for this deck it has strengths in (1) drawing for Nomi or Myra (or both, once you’re low on card pool) in matches when it becomes your win condition (especially strong vs mirror, mech hunters); (2) catching up with an additional corsair once you’re holding a waggle (3) it saved me with providing backstab spells against token druids when clearing few of those cheap 1/1 2/2 minions became a critical necessity
