General Mulligans
Keleseth buffs your entire deck, and is ridiculously good if you can draw him first turn. Shadowstep allows more of a buff. Firefly is great, and with a lot of combo cards helps out with triggering these combo cards. VanCleef is good early on, so you can play him early and get at least a 4/4.
Basically Tempo Rogue, but with less cost.
