Mulligan:
In general you can always look for your best opener which would be Warsong Envoy or Imprisoned Gan’arg when on the play.
When going second you might want to coin Bonechewer Brawler into Guardian Augmerchant instead. Just going for a 1-drop and coining a 3, 4 or 5 drop in the progress is also strong, depends on matchup and opening Hand. In general you want to look for the best tempoplay considering what answers your opponent might have. However there is some matchups where you should deviate a bit:
Against Mages you hard mulligan for Robes of Protection and Crossroads Watch Post.
Against Rogues and Demon Hunters you are looking for Far Watch Post, you would even coin it out if possible.
Against aggressive decks like Facehunter or Taunt Druid you want a good early curve and removal. Imprisoned Gan’arg, Warsong Envoy, Warmaul Challenger, Guardian Augmerchant and sometimes Stage Dive (there is 3 rush minions only in the deck, so chances pulling a Blademaster Samuro are high) are the cards you are looking for.

It is not good against control decks, but farms mages and is good into rogues, demon hunters. Very fine vs hunter and druid. What rank bracket do you play on, how many games you played and what matchups you faced? Just saying its trash doesnt really help. At rank 500 it is working absolutely fine, since there is many rogues and mages. Its absolutely possible though your pocket meta contains lots of control decks. Would be nice if you give some more details.
