A few ideas: Sonya Shadowdancer will allow you to bounce your Hoppers (and any other minions whose value is chiefly battlecry/combo based)… between the Hopper, Minstrel, Vilespine, Strider, Inventor, and (to a lesser extent) Recruiter and Zilliax, you’re talking about 12 cards that are a great deal as 1/1s for 1.
Sonya is a 1-of, of course, but if you’re taking that route, you can beef the recursion up with Shadowstep and Youthful Brewmaster (as well as Vanish). Note that the Brewmaster is also a potential target to recur itself.
And if you’re doing that: Zola the Gorgon is a decent deal if she just lets you re-use a battlecry (and its associated minion) — if you can make her recur, that’s an outright bargain. (And note that she can duplicate your Sonya — if you get two Sonyas down on the board, Stonehill Defender is another card that’s good on its own, but if the opponent has to kill it to get through, then you replay it as a 1/1 and discover a second taunt minion, Then there’s Sonya + charge/rush minions (Southsea Deckhand comes to mind) — every gem means another damage to a minion. And if you’re doing all this recursion anyway, it might make sense to throw Van Cleef in there?
I’m not sure how much of this is overly optimistic combo talk, but I think there’s something in the idea of a deck that uses Quest Rogue’s mechanics to accomplish a different goal.
Failing that, why are there no Shadowsteps? Seems a no-brainer to get a zero-cost Lab Recruiter to potentially shuffle more Pogos or Fal’doreis into the deck. I dropped Fan of Knives and one of the Vanish to fit them.
If your making a pogo deck then you want to bounce the pogos. If you bounce the pogos 5 times that means they get +10/+10 worth of stats. Then if you play the quest after it resets your pogos to 4/4 instead of 11/11. Making a quest deck with this archetype is counter intuitive.
Oh wait my bad. I didn’t realize that the card was battlecry. I am pretty sure adding quest is still not that worth because you probably dont want to bounce pogos. You want to shuffle them back, preferably after you play Myra’s Unstable element so you can put a bunch more pogos in your deck.
Juicy Psychmelon is going to put this deck back on top in the wild meta.
So, it’s kinda like a jade druid deck??
Jade vs pogo’s who wins?
So I assume the combo is pogo pogo and zil in the center ?

Could Pogo-Hopper quest be a thing???
No because making all your pogos 4/4 is bad.
They would start as 4/4, the battlecry still happens

yeah then they get the +2/+2 afterwards because its a battlecry after the quest sets its values
