Many people are saying Patron Warrior is dead (me included), but Surrender played a Warsong-less (no Frothing Berserker either!) deck list that peaked at rank 5 Legend on the Asia ladder. The deck actually resurrects some of the cards previously found in the deck. Dr. Boom was a card that appeared early on in the deck, probably because it enters every deck in the early stages. Grommash Hellscream was a card that stuck around for a while, but eventually was cut when it was deemed too situational and unnecessary. Piloted Shredder has also been added to strengthen the mid-game a tough to deal with minion.

Could kel’thuzad or alexstrasza replace Grommash?
I don’t think so, Grommash is out of hand burst damage. You need a board to take advantage of both Kel’thuzad and Alexstrasza.
Some mulligan tips ?
This deck is littered with activators for the Patrons. In case of an area effect spell, this would leave a bitter taste. (For Grommash, Death’s Bite should be enough.) To me me, it looks much more reasonable, to build up a real CTRL Warrior, earning the extra win condition of being able to eleminate contrahent with fatigue. This even more, that this deck here already contains several expensive cards. But maybe, this will become a new decktype: ‘Sentimental Warrior’ đŸ™‚
May i add some enrage or ‘taking damg effect’ minion here?
I don’t think they’re necessary, but you can experiment with them.
I don’t have Gromash atm, what could replace him ?
That’s pretty tough because he’s your main finisher. I would consider Ragnaros, but more likely I would go with a second Belcher.
I use ragnoras in a similar deck of this and he always goes for face xD

I ran the staple patron deck minus the commanders and instead two charges. U wont lie it wasent amazing but it did ok since I still was able to draw into clear and patron proccers. Also the charge allowed my patron who was 5/1 trade with mage legendary.
