Not much changed from the pre expansion Questline Hunter, the major change is some additional face damage with Raj Naz'jan, since Hunters doesn’t have a board wipe other than explosive trap, using Raj you can use some cheap spells to clear board with Urchin Spines and not feel like losing face damage.
The second big addition is Queen Azshara the same purpose, she can get you some situational outs but the main one is the weapon, for the same reason as Raj.
