I think this deck lacks a finisher. An alextraza or archamage could help
Every other deck I face seems to be Priest. Therefore I’m ripping up Pyros, burning it in effigy, and burying it six feet deep.
Why? Pyros is one of the best cards vs Priest
I suspect he’s tired of having priests grab the 2/2 Pyros with Potion of Madness and kill it while under their control, giving them the much better 6/6 and inevitable 10/10 versions.
Not worth it—it’ll just come back three times larger. (Though I feel your pain. I crafted Pyros specifically for Jaina DK, and Priest is a nightmare. Might as well play it, frostbolt it, and then play it again the next turn. 6/6 Elemental for only 11 mana…)
Could wait to play it until after Skulking Geist?
who would have though Anomalus would actually become playable?
Kind of a genius move to include it, no? I’ve had a chance several times to pick it up from Servant of Kalimos in my Jaina DK deck. But I looked right past it, having always assumed that it was sort of trash.
Fun fact- Anomalus sounds like the Greek word (roughly pronounced) “Anomalos”, which means pervert.
