This deck revolves around what is considered one of the worst cards in the game, the Wisp. Despite it’s low health and attack, it can be buffed enough by other cards that it ends up being OP in the right deck. This is that deck.
Do NOT use this in ladder play. I do not want to be responsible for you going from Rank 8 to 20 because this deck is hit-or-miss.
