If you have a Ship's Cannon it may be smart to mulligan for Parachute Brigand and a 1 drop pirate besides patches. this can be a 3 procs of Ship's cannon and 3 pirates on board on turn 3 assuming patches is in the deckThe other power play to keep in mind is playing Mire Keeper or Escaped Manasaber on turn 4 to allow for a turn 5 Spiteful summoner summoning either a 10 drop or an 8 drop.
Control Mulligans
Sharkfin Fan is better against control as it can generate more value when used with your hero power and turn 5 spiteful summoner can get you a game winning high roll; Loatheb has obvious value against control
