If you are up against control Mana tide will help keep you resource heavy, and as such, should be kept vs control.
Versus control this deck aims to reduce the cost of Snowfury Giant through the means of cards like Lightning Bolt, Lightning Storm, Volcano, and even drakkri defender. The same goes for Thing from Below. Once you have reduced the cost enough you play them alongside Aya Blackpaw and spirit echoes. This will result in a massive swing turn, especially if you can set it up so you also get a Mana Tide Totem or Jade Spirit. This should result in the game ending in a victory.
Versus aggro the game an changes entirely. The goal here is to control the board using to tools mentioned above, while making use of your taunts and heals in Jinyu Waterspeaker and Hot Spring Guardian.
