Spell Damage Freeze Mage (Theorycraft)

Basically the only deck that would want to run Shooting Star would be some sort of non-minion heavy Mage that doesn’t run Dragon’s Fury. Freeze Mage is the first thing that came to mind. 

Really the problem with this theorycraft is the lack of card draw, along with the general lack of viability of Freeze Mage in the meta in general. If Druid continues to be powerful in the Boomsday Project, and it probably will be, that’s also bad for a deck like this.
