I don’t like the pipers in this deck or the baron, i think the lichking in place of Baron would be better
though with the piper i can see some potential but isn’t this like… ridiculously slow… you can’t sy.. use piper then play arcane artificer then a big spell. unless it’s ten mana and you’re using Dragons fury, and just using it to draw is meh best outcome would be Piper into doomsayer, that is the only positive outcome.
this deck has so much removal i don’t think it matters probably best to swap out pipers for some direct damage or beefy minions maybe even a leyline manipulator is worth it with just the elise and stonehills and throw in a pyroblast lol there is your i gues ressonable replacements,ungoro cards are pretty alright and if you manage to leyline a pack that’s one hell of a value gain.
yo i got Baron geddon marin the fox and Jaina in my deck and got enough dust to craft 1 legendary what should i craft ? Alanna the Dragoncaller or Sindragosa?
Is this deck worth to craft the epics if i have lich king, frost lich, dragon caller, baron, and sindragosa
They’ll stay around for almost 8 months and if you’re into Mage these are really core cards of any big spell mage and I think they’re the hidden champions of the deck, as they’re super fun to play. Smashing something with meteor is great and clearing a board with flames feels good man. I’d go for it since you have the expensive ones already. Personally I think you could replace the keysmiths but all other cards see LOTS of play, especially the neutral ones.
replacement for baron?
If you have a big legendary like Lich king it could be good, syndragosa is fun aswell but ballzy.
Baron is a key card because it has removall and heal you for 30 with a full board (With Jaina, because it’s an elemental)
At lower ranks this needs Skulking Geist to counter Hadronox/Rin
What s the matchups of this deck??
I keep seeing these with Elize. Doesn’t make sense to me at all though. I’d rather include Sindragosa instead of her or something with a proper impact, what if you draw her early and then your dragons fury pulls the 2 mana card pack? Not really a good sceanrio. Is there a special reason she keeps popping up?
Agreed, I’m not rank 4 legend but I was top 200 with Big Spell mage last season and using Elise is just not a great idea, u have to hold on to her if u plan to use dragons fury alot of the times and its another value generator and adds 1 more card for fatigue, but if u just used something like Sindragosa like u mention you’ll get plenty of value. Atm tho, my late game is Alex, Lich King, Alanna, and Jaina. I’m not running either :/
Just vs the same deck today. I think it’s play style and the matchups. I was with Alex, LK, Alanna, and Sindra. He was in DK Jaina much sooner than me. But when Alanna came up, his fury spell stucked.
This is why you always have to evaluate this lists, he made to rank 4, he probably face a lot of control decks and needed some extra value
You have to consider Elise a tech card played because is a good 5 mana body and amazing value on 1 card.
Btw Elise is in a lot of decks recently because the meta became more slow.
Agreed. For this same reason I went with Pyros. I’ll play around with it and see, though. The thinking is it provides one more minion at the beginning stages, and the 6 cost 6/6 is nice when you’re in the middle turns and don’t yet need to use a meteor or blizzard yet. Also great synergy with lich jaina, obviously.
I’m running Pyros too! It’s been good so far. Deck was short on 2 drops.

Lich King or another big value card likr Onyxia, Ysera or Pyros(or what you have).
Can someone tell me wich card is better between Allana and Sindragosa in this deck?
Allana. Sins effect isn’t immediate and requires you to hero power them to get a pay off.
