If you’re seeing a lot of Warlock/Druid then giggling gets a lot worse (spreading plague, defile), not to mention all the tech you’ll see against giggling right now.
You can try -1 fungalmancer, -1 blink fox, -2 giggling, +2 vicious fledgling, +2 cobalt scalebane if this is most of your meta and you’re deadset on playing odd rogue.
Giggling also has good synergy with Blood Knight. It’s definitely not a bad Turn 8 play.
