General Mulligans
Just use purify, silence, wailing soul and iron beak and silence the crappy effects/deathrattles of your minions. you can use silence and iron beak to also silence the opponents minions to clear.
Control Mulligans
Play Cho to gain spells and hopefully some removal, plus you can also fill you opponents hand with purify! Moat lurker is purely used to clear large minions and then silence it into resummoning it.
To make some kind of use of Purify and maybe what purify was intended to be used for? This is wild and a standard format can also be made.
