Mulligans

Shotbot  is a great boost for reborn quest paladin.

Since it’s a reborn and a sticky mech and paladin has good mech shell support with Sky Claw , Micro Mummy , Annoy-o-Module , Mechano-Egg

I decided to make it more about mechs and tempo  and less rely on slow death rattle oriented.

Sanctuary  is to enable Questing Explorer  after quest finish.
