Master Oakheart can be keep in mulligan because it's the most important cards in the deck. Master Oakheart recruit Drakkari Enchanter, Dragonhatcher, Al'Akir or Witchood Grizzly, with the power of Drakkari enchanter, the Dragonhatcher recruit two dragon: 
Malygos: you have two Lightning bolt, 2x8 damage with malygos on board
Deathwing: 12/12, can clear the board  evantualy 
Ysera: with drakkari on board Ysera give you two Dream Card..
