Kabal Crystal Runner isn't really good if you haven't played any secrets so it's recommended to to remove it in your starting hand.
Echo of Medivh similar to Kabal Crystal Runner. You need minions to use this card's effect, i recommend focusing it on minions such as Sorcerer's Apprentice or Flamewaker.
Arcane Keysmith isn't recommend to be in your starting hand since there are better cards to replace it with.
Similar to most Secret Mage decks, your goal is to put a lot of board pressure on the board and dish out a lot of damage.
The best way to use this deck is to get Aluneth before turn 6 to refill your hand.
