Kirin Tor ALWAYS, Ancient Mysteries ALWAYS. You want 1 secret: now depends the opponent. Slow like priest, take Rigged (get more options fast). Aggro especially rouge, flame ward. But you also then really mulligan for Flakmage. Against Mage and druid, portal is good to guarantee a 4 drop since a spell will be played. Game Master is tactical because depending how your mulligan went, he fills the gaps around ancient mysteries and Kirin.
Okay so there are a few secret mages out there. Depends what you face I guess, However the times I lost was when I just couldn’t finish it off. (outvalued). Astromancer Solarian is a amazing placement here. <C’thun and Yog to slow> and opponents always seems to want to kill it of (I guess because of spell damage) However like I mention I want the value. So Last month this deck took me to legend. I cant remember where I started, So this month I installed deck tracker I took count. 48-22 (69%). And 9 games I won directly because of Solerian Prime swinging things around where a loss was inevitable.
