Mulligans

General Mulligans

Top priority is getting Inner fire, if you have that then keep all other high-health minions, otherwise mulligan any that wont be powerful enough, such as unpowered steamboat, but still keep cards that may help you survive, like Felsoul Inquisitor or Lightspawn. Almost always keep Power Word: Shield, Divine Spirit, and Silence, as these will help you weather or not you get your combo.

The propose of this deck is to combat other competitive decks without using too many of your cards. Don’t want to have to disenchant four playable Legenaries just for one small piece of a competitive deck? Well just one legendary gets you half of this deck. An attempt to put the Free back into Free To Play.

The point of this deck is the same as any Lady in White deck, just without the Lady in White. Get a minion with high health and cast Inner Fire on it. play, heal, and buff your taunt minions casting spells like Power Word: Shield and Divine Spirit to stall until you can make it giant, the gain dominance and win. Alternatively, you can cast Silence on Ancient Watcher as a backup plan, mostly to defuse pressure and give you time to get your combo out. Getting one of these two is fairly consistent and may not win but can put up a fight with other competitive decks, and for under 1000 dust, it feels nice.

Note: This deck is for beginners who don’t have much arcane dust so they can play competitive, after your collection is built up, start upgrading this. Start by adding Lady in White as soon as possible. Also add Shadow Visions. Maybe add Humongous Razorleaf and other card with similar combos and value in this deck. But besides that just add what you get that you think would be good, this is about learning which cards are good in competitive and being able to win, albeit occasionally, while doing it.

And most importantly HAVE FUN, hearthstone is a game which you should feel as a joyful experience, not as a job. So go out their, and make some 5 mana 9/9s with taunt!
