Rhastakhan Odd Mage

With the upgraded hero power, it should be easy to summon ragnaros off of JanAlai. 

Astromancer is included because there are several card draw tools that work well in baku mage, and blast wave is one of the only board clears available anyways, so hand size should usually be high.

Snapjaw Shellfighter is included because there are many fragile minions which have good effects when they survive more than one turn (pyromaniac, artificer, luna, ragnaros). It also seems fine to place it next to a taunt for more health.
