why no Netherspite Historian?
why you play azure drake ? its not this high value in priest decks ?
Azure Drake is good in any deck it’s played, especially a dragon themed deck. It has synergies with every card that requires a dragon, it’s resistant to dragonfire potion, it draws a card, it has spell power, etc.
Why there is no shadow word: Death, that will hard remove of big minions?
you can just replace one pain with one death i guess.
worked out for me so far
I miss one dragonfire potion. What should i replace? Holy Nova maybe? Exc evil? or maybe brann? Not sure..
I’d try Holy Nova and see if you get value you from the healing, if not then maybe go with Excavated Evil.
you can pick something from here: http://www.hearthstonetopdecks.com/decks/kolentos-dragon-priest-ft-potion-of-madness-kabal-talonpriest-kabal-songstealer/ –
argus/death/silence
As I look over this deck I realize dragon decks are going to be dismantled in four months. Hope this deck remains somewhat playable this release.
Not really. Only Technician, Corruptor and Welp are leaving from this deck, I don’t thing TGT is leaving just yet

UPDATE:
Blackrock, TGT, and LoE are all rotating out in spring of 2017
Dragons deck without Brann….
Brann sucks in dragons
No it doesn’t against Pirate Warrior, it completly wrecks them, when they prioritize the face and ignore brann.
They just remove brann though, they should almost always prioritize key minions over just racing
Brann doesn’t suck in Dragons, but it’s better in slower versions of Dragon decks, especially in conjunction with Netherspite Historian. Think before you talk.
If it’s a race he ends up being a dead card. By the time you combo off its too late. In long game Brann is the master of shenanigans
Branns only real purpose was double discovering with Netherspite. While many other battlecries are pushed too, Brann is in no way an auto-include in Dragon Priest or any other Dragon list (except Reno Dragon). The thing is: this list is tempo based. A little bit like the glorious Tempo Dragon Warrior. In this version, Brann is just too slow.
Then, there’s a more value-based version. This is where Brann is MVP besides Operatives and our Core-Dragons.
So please don’t disrespect players with far more experience, just because you don’t like/understand their approach.
This deck has 18 battlecry minions. Brann rocks.
Against aggro deck you play Brann on curve, he is threatening enough your opponent will have to deal with him.
Against reno decks Brann + Draconid operator is actually the better play. It can offer solutions against Jaraxxus like Kazakus. Less good against dreams if you have all your mana crystal already. In that case Netherspite historian or other combos are better.
I’d rather play a 3/5 for 3 mana , this deck is pure tempo, brann is good in the other versions of dragon priest.
